Music of the Theatre -
On Saturday, May 19 at Clinton Town Hall,
GWO joins with Maestro Bob Eaton and the Assabet Valley
Mastersingers for a wonderful evening of music from opera,
operetta and musical theatre. Soloists Christine
Petkus, Elaine Crane, Richard Monroe and David Bonneau join
with the ASV chorus to bring you opera favorites as well as
lighter music, from Strauss's Die Fledermaus to
Gilbert and Sullivan. The program will close with
choruses from America's Broadway theatre. There is
reserved table seating which includes hors d'oeuvres and
desserts with the concert, as well as traditional concert

Carmen
GWO presents Bizet's renowned opera, performed in English
translation with dialogue. Featuring a double cast of
incredible local talent (two different shows- consider
seeing both!), performances will take place on June 8 & 9
(7:30 PM) and June 10 (2:00 PM) at the Zecco Theatre at Anna
Maria College, and then again on June 20 (7:30 PM) at the
Eagle Hill Cultural Center in Hardwick, MA. Please

9th Annual Summer Concert
Series
Join GWO for this very popular and highly anticipated
concert experience! This year's concerts include
Broadway Melodies (July 18), American Songbook (July 25),
Music from the Movies (August 1) and Opera Gala (August 8).
For a mere $10 admission, it's a lovely way to support GWO's
upcoming season while relaxing in an air-conditioned room
listening to beautiful music, narrated by Rick Kimball and
expertly accompanied by Olga Rogach.

Aria Sing
"Aria
Sing" is a program that enables professional singers and seriously studying amateurs get together every other month, share in the
cost of an accompanist, and have the chance to perform repertoire of
their choice from opera, operetta, oratorio, art song, etc. This
can be useful for trying out new arias, refining older ones, gaining
some practical performing experience or getting ready for
auditions, and is also a great place to network and get to know other
